Education

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto in 1990, and a Masters in Agribusiness from the Bogor Agricultural University in 2003.

Career

He served as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period of 1996-2008, as Head of the BUMN Ministry's Banking and Insurance Business Planning for the period of 2000-2012, as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period of 2008-2012, as Commissioner of PT Reasuransi International Indonesia for the period of 2009-2012, as Assistant Deputy for Strategic and Manufacturing Industry I of the BUMN Ministry for the period 2012-2014, as Commissioner of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk for the period of 2012-2015, as Assistant Deputy for Information and Public Communication of the Ministry of BUMN for the period of 2014-2015, as Assistant Deputy for Data and Information Technology of the Ministry of BUMN 2015-2016, as Commercial Director of PT Pupuk Kujang in 2016, and Director of HR & General PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) for the period of 2016 to present.

Education

He holds a Bachelor of Soil Science from the University of Jember, in 1989.

Career

Started his career at PTP XI since 1991-present. He served as General Manager in 2015, as Head of the Plant Division in 2015- 2016, and as a Special Staff for Directors since 2016-present.

Slamet Poerwadi

Supervisory Board/Retiree Representative

Position and Basis of Appointment

Appointed as a member of the DAPENBUN Supervisory Board as a Pension Representative since May 4, 2017, based on the Founder’s Letter No. XPSURKP/17.03 on May 4, 2017.

Education

He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Management from the Indonesian Open University in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Widya Manggala, Semarang in 1993.

Career

Starting his career in a plantation environment when PTPN was still a State Plantation Company (SPC), in PPN XIII as Sinder Engineering Technology Assistant, in 1965. Retired in 1996 with the last position as Head of Engineering/Technology Section of PTP XVIII.

Asmanuddin Sinaga

He holds a Bachelor of Soil Science from the University of Jember, in 1989.

Edwind Sinaga

Serving as President Director of DAPENBUN since August 2, 2017 based on the Decree of the Founding Directors No. XP-SURKP/17.04 dated August 2, 2017.

Education

He holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia Jakarta in 1996.

Career

He has been serving as Marketing of PT Dwitra Sentra Artha in the period of 1996-1997 , as Branch Manager of PT Bomar Securites for the period of 1997-2002, as Senior Manager of PT KUO Capital Rahardja for the period of 2002-2007, as Commissioner of PT KUO Central Java Securities in 2003-2007, as President Director of PT Finan Corpindo Nusa for the period of 2007- 2012, as Associate Director of PT Trust Securities in the period of 2012-2014, as an Associate Director (Head of Fixed Income Department) of PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas for the period of 2014-2015, as an Associate Directior of PT Lautandhana Securindo for the period 2015 to July 2017, as a Consultant of PT ASABRI in 2016 and being Managing Director of DAPENBUN from 2 August 2017 up to now.

Meraih gelar sarjana akuntansi dari Universitas Gajah Mada, Yogyakarta pada tahun 1992

Perjalanan Karir

Mengawali karir di BAPINDO pada 1993-1999, Bank Mandiri pada 1999-2016 dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai DH Sector Commodities IV Corp. Banking IV Group, Direktur Utama PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII pada 2016-2019 dan menjadi Direktur Operasional DAPENBUN sejak 16 Juli 2019 sampai dengan sekarang.
